  Revalaunch is a Pakistani brand specializing in pure, natural, and handcrafted skincare products including soaps, face washes, and body

  care. We are based in Lahore, Pakistan.

  2. Acceptance of Terms

  By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or

  guardian. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

  3. Products

  All our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients. Product images are for illustration purposes — slight variations in color or

  packaging may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices

  are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.

  4. Orders & Payment

  All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payments via JazzCash, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Once an order

   is placed, you will receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund.

  5. Shipping & Delivery

  We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at

  checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

  6. Returns & Refunds

  We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened and unused products. Products damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of

  delivery with photographic proof. We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is

  defective. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  7. Intellectual Property

  All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Revalaunch and is protected by

   copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

  8. Limitation of Liability

  Revalaunch shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our products

  are for external use only. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
